Speaker design
 2000 watt speaker stack, 18″/15″10″/1.75″, fitted with old school chinese grills. |
 Ended up choosing this open smashed pattern as the others would degrade the high end/mid range frequencys to much. The grill material is either 12mm ply, ABS or 3mm aluminium |

Work bench threads
 Here using a new CAD program i was able to design and cut 12mm ACME threads with data i found online, bolt science etc |
 The entire model can be made in 3d with very little annotation needed for machining |

 Resolved a few problems on this mini project, but still stuck on the compound joint where the handle juts out. . . |
 Got the joint detailing down now, just hope i can get these screws (Counter sunk,flat, metric,socket cap screws) in China |
